Directly reporting to the HUB Manager, your role encompasses mastering all purchase data management systems within the HUB, analyzing results to correct and manage data anomalies.

Your main missions
Your responsibilities include:
- Master all purchase data management systems within the HUB.
- Contribute to analyzing and optimizing the number of suppliers.
- Support the analysis of the globalization rate of the assigned scope and correct data errors.
- Ensure proper classification of group families with Purchasing support.
- Participate actively in the Data Factory / Purchasing HUB team activities and stay informed about team work.
- Analyze results to correct and manage data anomalies.
- Monitor and update supplier documentation: Due Diligence, Insurance, REACH, Conflict Minerals, Anti-Corruption, etc.
- Define and manage repetitive administrative purchasing tasks that do not require buyer intervention.
- Create, modify, and correct item-related data in the systems within the HUB.
- Create purchase orders/request for CDP and G&S when applicable.
- Manage supplier creation/modification in global and local systems.
- Handle invoices in cooperation with Purchasing, Accounting, Logistics, etc.
- Archive documentation in Ivalua and track updates.
- Participate in reporting and cost-saving activities.
- Adhere to data and documentation standards.
- Propose standardization, digitization, and process improvements.
- Coordinate processes with local and corporate departments.
- Report any observed dangerous situations.
Your profile
- Engineering or business degree with over 2 years of experience in Purchasing, data management, and data reporting, with strong procurement and data analysis skills.
- Proficiency in English (C2); knowledge of German or French is a plus.
