Purchasing and Logistics Specialist

As a company operating in aviation maintenance sector, we are in search of purchasing and Logistics Specialist to be employed at Purchasing and Logistics Department.

Administering the order processes of spare parts and material needed by the customers and the maintenance hangar using proprietary EMAIR ERP System, ensuring communication and coordination with technical and planning personnel, contracting and tracking the ordered material, identifying alternative suppliers, administering warranty procedures, communicating with customs brokerage and transportation companies to oversee their processes, ensuring a strong communication with local and foreign suppliers.

General Qualifications

• Graduated from related Engineering, Business, International Trade, Logistics departments of Universities
• Preferably with purchasing and logistics experience
• Preferably experienced in the aviation industry
• Good command of English
• Strong communication skills
• Preferably completed military service for male candidates
• Proficient in MS Office applications
