Purpose
Develop policy intelligence, evidence synthesis, and strategic insights that support the company’s therapeutic priorities and reputation objectives; inform advocacy priorities and health system sustainability strategies.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business, International Relations, or related social sciences; advanced degree in Health Policy/Economics, Public Administration, or Data Analytics preferred.
- Experience: +4 years experience in policy research, health economics, impact evaluation, or strategy analysis; familiarity with healthcare sector dynamics and regulatory environments.
- Analytical and writing: Strong analytical writing and synthesis skills; experience producing briefs, position documents, insight reports, and talking points.
- Strategic thinking and prioritization: Ability to manage multiple agendas, set priorities, and deliver on time.
- Presentation and visualization: Proficiency in presentation development and data visualization (advanced Excel/PowerPoint; Power BI or similar preferred).
- Communication and stakeholder awareness: Effective collaboration across disciplines; ability to tailor content to senior stakeholder expectations.
- Detail orientation and delivery focus: Analytical, proactive, and results‑oriented working style.
- Language: Advanced English; strong clarity in written and verbal communication.
Performance Indicators
- Timely publication of policy briefs and insight reports; internal actioning rate.
- Accuracy and predictive value of stakeholder and regulatory monitoring outputs.
- Measured impact of analytical inputs to advocacy and campaign content.
- Utilization and influence of research and benchmarking contributions in project outcomes.

Responsibilities
- Policy intelligence and monitoring: Continuously track policy and market developments across healthcare, pharmaceuticals, sustainability, and digital health; monitor national and global agendas, stakeholder movements, and regulatory changes.
- Analysis and evidence generation: Assess global best practices, comparative policy models, and international case studies; provide methodological support to evidence‑development activities; prepare impact analyses and risk/opportunity assessments.
- Insights and reporting: Produce concise policy briefs, position summaries, and insight reports; draft clear “call to action” notes and internal briefs; contribute analytical input to message frameworks and talking points.
- Advocacy and campaign support: Provide analytical contributions to policy campaigns, stakeholder engagements, and external positioning; support stakeholder mapping, influence plans, and measurement frameworks.
- Health system research: Contribute literature reviews, data collection/synthesis, and benchmarking to research projects focused on health system performance and sustainability.
- Collaboration and coordination: Work cross‑functionally with Medical, Market Access, and Marketing; provide content support to external platforms and NGO working groups as needed.
