The Coca-Cola Company in Türkiye seeks an experienced Director, PACS to lead external engagement, advocacy, trade association strategy, and public affairs agenda in Türkiye. This role shapes the company’s public affairs and stakeholder engagement, building trusted relationships with government officials, NGOs, and industry leaders while aligning with franchise and regional priorities.

Qualificações

Experience in public policy, advocacy, or stakeholder engagement strategies.
Strong understanding of Türkiye's political, regulatory and stakeholder landscape.
Proven ability to influence complex stakeholder environments at senior levels.
Experience leading issue and crisis management in a dynamic environment.

Responsabilidades

Lead public affairs, advocacy, and external engagement strategy in Türkiye.
Represent the company across Trade Associations and industry platforms.
Define and drive the Trade Association strategy and policy influence.
Build and maintain senior relationships with government officials and industry leaders.
Shape advocacy positions and risk mitigation in public policy contexts.
Oversee governance and measurement of advocacy effectiveness.
