Competencies We Expect in Our New Team Member

• Preferably a graduate of Insurance, Engineering, or Actuarial Science
• Preferably at least 1 year of experience in the fire insurance line within the insurance sector (Specialist/Assistant Specialist)
• Good command of English
• Proficient in MS Office applications, with strong reporting skills
• Dynamic, results-oriented, and with an analytical mindset
• Strong communication and follow‑up skills, and successful in teamwork

Areas Where You Will Create Impact

• Providing terms, clauses, and pricing in line with treaty and guideline conditions, and granting authorization for quotations in accordance with risk acceptance criteria
• Initiating and following up approval processes for cases that do not comply with treaty and guideline conditions
• Defining products (e.g., customer identification, defining customer‑specific pricing and coverage tables, etc.) and performing system controls
• Conducting daily workflow follow‑up with responsible regions and ensuring effective communication
• Preparing and sharing customer / region / agency analyses
• Managing renewal and new business underwriting processes
• Monitoring profitability, performance, and production
• Ensuring communication with reinsurers and brokers for reinsurance‑required business, and completing reinsurance in line with needs and group security rules
• Monitoring and optimizing operational processes, and following up on reinsurance bulletins
