Job summary

A leading logistics firm in Istanbul is seeking a motivated professional to ensure supply planning accuracy and compliance for key accounts. You will manage customer requirements while collaborating with different teams to achieve performance goals. Candidates should hold a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and possess strong communication and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in MS Excel and a good command of English is required, and knowledge of Chinese is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, International Trade, Business Administration or Engineering
• Very good command in written and spoken English (Chinese is a big plus)
• High willingness to improve himself/herself in Supply Chain, Logistics, Customer Relationship and Order Fulfillment management
• Proficient with MS Excel, and other office tools (Proficiency in digital tools such as Power BI, Tableau, etc. is a plus)
• Team player with strong communication and persuasion skills, solution oriented, task driven problem solver with good organizational skills, open for new challenges

Responsibilities

Ensure the supply planning accuracy, supply timeliness, and compliance for a key account customer\'s E2E supply process. Manage internal and external customer requirements to achieve targets, while being fully in line with company regulations and international trade regulations. Collaborate with other teams and departments to achieve department performance goals and targets.
