Mitsubishi Electric Türkiye is seeking a Project Sales Support Engineer to join their Istanbul team. The role involves assisting with sales processes and project management, requiring a Bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering and experience in HVAC. We are looking for a “Project Sales Support Engineer” to join our team at our Istanbul central office, bringing positive energy and contributing to our strength.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering
• 3-5 years of experience in VRF/VRV projects in HVAC sector
• Preferably fluent in English
• Proficient in SAP
• Proficient in AutoCAD
• Proficient in MS Office applications,
• Strong communication skills, solution-oriented, and able to work well in a team,
• Able to adapt to a dynamic and high-pressure work environment,
• Research-oriented, results-driven, and dynamic personality.
Job Description:
• Assisting the sales team in workflow processes (device selection, project drawing, quotation preparation, documentation, collection, contract tracking, etc.)
• Entering completed sales transactions by the Sales Engineer into SAP system and managing the contract process
• Organizing and tracking the shipment of collected products
• Coordinating with the site team to ensure healthy and complete delivery according to the shipment schedule
• Following up the process until all devices are shipped
• Tracking accounts and ensuring collections from customers
• Using technical catalogs, relevant technical programs, and sales arguments effectively
• Preparing requested reports and presenting them to the manager.
