Job summary

ISG International Service Group is seeking a highly qualified Project Manager to lead cross‑functional engineering and production teams in executing world‑class yacht projects. This role covers the full lifecycle from contract award through design, construction, outfitting, sea trials and final handover, with strong emphasis on planning, cost control and risk management.

The ideal candidate holds a Naval/Marine or related engineering degree, 10+ years in PM/PMO for shipbuilding or yacht

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Naval/Marine or related Engineering.
• 10+ years in PM/PMO within shipbuilding or yacht projects.
• Experience managing multi-disciplinary projects and sub-contractors.
• Strong project control, earned value, cost and risk management.
• PMP or equivalent certification preferred.
• Proficient in PM tools: MS Project, Primavera P6, Power BI, MS Office.
• Excellent English language and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop integrated project plans, schedules and critical path for multiple projects.
• Monitor performance across engineering, procurement, production and quality.
• Establish PMO governance, KPIs and reporting framework.
• Identify risks, deviations and bottlenecks; escalate and take corrective actions.
• Track budgets, cost-to-complete and profitability.
• Coordinate with Procurement for material availability.
• Coordinate design, engineering, procurement, production and outfitting teams.
• Prepare management reports and dashboards for decision-making.
• Coordinate client communications and progress reporting.
• Oversee project completion, commissioning, sea trials and handover.

We are seeking a highly qualified Project Manager to lead cross‑functional engineering and production teams in executing world‑class yacht projects.

This pivotal role will oversee full project governance across the complete lifecycle—from contract award through design, construction, outfitting, commissioning, sea trials and final delivery. The position will also be instrumental in driving project planning, performance monitoring, cost control and risk management while fostering seamless collaboration across multi‑disciplinary teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute integrated project plans, master schedules, milestones and critical path analysis for multiple projects.
• Monitor multi-disciplinary project performance covering engineering, procurement, production, and quality.
• Establish and embed standardized Project Management (PMO) governance, KPIs and reporting structure across the organization.
• Identify risks, schedule deviations and operational bottlenecks; ensure critical issues are escalated to top management and execute prompt corrective actions.
• Track project budgets, cost‑to‑complete, commitments and project profitability.
• Collaborate closely with Procurement to safeguard material availability, particularly for long‑lead components.
• Ensure effective coordination between design, engineering, procurement, production, and outfitting teams.
• Prepare regular management and executive‑level project reports and dashboards, providing early‑warning information to support decision‑making.
• Coordinate client communications, project meetings and progress reporting.
• Coordinate project completion, commissioning, sea trials, customer acceptance and final handover.

Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Naval Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, etc.) or a related discipline; Naval/Marine Engineering is preferred.
• At least 10 years of experience in Project Management or PMO within shipbuilding, yacht building, manufacturing, construction, heavy industry or similar complex project environments.
• Proven success in managing complex, multi‑disciplinary projects and sub‑contractor networks.
• Strong command of project control methodologies, earned value management, cost/budget analysis and risk mitigation.
• PMP (Project Management Professional) or equivalent project management certification is preferred.
• Proficiency in project management and reporting tools (MS Project, Primavera P6, Power BI, MS Office, etc.).
• Very good command of English.
• Strong leadership and effective communication skills.
• Analytical mindset, problem‑solving capabilities and result‑oriented drive.
