pladis is looking for Project Manager for our pladis TURCA Ülker Bisküvi Gebze Factory.

Responsibilities
  • Establishing the necessary organization for preparing the annual investment budget.
  • Leading the entire process, from the feasibility studies of investment projects to the commissioning of the facilities.
  • Ensuring the development of projects that will provide cost and efficiency advantages, managing the approval process.
  • Planning, organizing, and concluding the project activities included in the approved investment budget.
  • Creating and monitoring appropriate indicators to track the effectiveness of investment activities, analyzing deviations, and planning and managing corrective actions.
  • Creating, executing, and following up on tender processes, ensuring the follow-up of feasibility, specifications, and tender documents.
  • Ensuring the management of internal and external supplier processes.
Qualifications
  • Graduate from the Mechanical, Electrical, or Electronics Departments of Engineering Faculties at universities.
  • Preferably have a minimum of 8+ years of experience in the Project and Investment function in the FMCG sector.
  • Have advanced knowledge of MS Office and MS Project applications.
  • Possess knowledge and skills in using computer-aided design and drawing programs (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, etc.).
  • Able to use E-capex.
  • Have knowledge of technical drawing, design, and construction.
  • Have advanced English reading/writing/comprehension skills.
  • No restrictions on travel.
