Responsibilities

• In country follow up with Customer - Critical interfaces, documents impacting BH progress, Cash and Billing approvals, V.O approvals in process.
• Handle close interfaces timely with no schedule or cost impact.
• Manage commercial process in person with customer and get Variation orders closed by working alongside Project commercial manager.
• Drive reporting requirements for the project internally and externally by supporting project director.
• Cost out ownership to support Project director.
• Pulse additional scope opportunities to grow business. Volume and Business development.
• Own critical risk actions at project level.
• Coordinate with other Contractors to eliminate bottlenecks and protect Baker Hughes from delays and cost impact.
• QMI - Financials alongside Project Director.
• Local logistics process overseeing by ensuring customs and clearance align with delivery dates.
• Oversee 3rd Party Fabrication scope and critical schedule risk packages with direction from Project Director.
• Ensure timeliness of issue resolution and customer approvals.
• Ensure timeliness and quality of the Project Report.
• Monitor Financials (Sales, Margin, cash, Past Dues & Productivity) variances.
• Align with Company operating plan and Project goals.
• Maintain Customer Satisfaction.
• Manage Contractual delivery and Project Cash on Delivery indicators.
• Manage Project Warranty costs and Liquidated Damages exposure.
• Collaborate with other functions on strategic issues.
• Ensure the team operates in compliance with corporate integrity rules and processes in every aspect.

Qualifications

• Have at least 5 to 10 years of relevant experience.
• Have an Engineering/Project Management/Customer-facing/Commercial or Operations background.
• Oil and gas experience is preferred.
• Client facing experience.
• Fluent in English and Turkish.
• Proven negotiation skills.
• Proven ability in developing and implementing strategies to accomplish business goals.
• High-energy, trusted, self-motivated, confident leader willing to take on responsibilities across geographic and business boundaries.
• Significant experience in Project Management or Operations.
• Strong process, execution and operational skills.
• Able to coach and influence peers.
• Able to effectively prioritize and manage multiple tasks and priorities.
• Able to interact effectively at executive level.
