Responsibilities

• Prepare financial models for the evaluation of planned investments and projects
• Conduct detailed financial analyses to support investment decisions
• Prepare information memorandums, presentations, and investor decks for investment projects
• Coordinate and communicate with banks, consultants, rating agencies, and internal departments during all stages of financing
• Take part in the entire financing deal cycle: financial modeling, due diligence, data room management, term sheet and transaction document support, rating process, reporting, and contract support
• Collect, consolidate, and analyze data from relevant departments to prepare reports for banks, investors, and senior management
• Perform necessary ad-hoc reporting related to project financing and cost control reporting of new investments in coordination with related departments
• Provide regular reporting to banks regarding projects after financial closing
• Monitor the daily financial activities of completed projects and prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial performance reports
• Prepare financial presentations and strategic analyses for senior management and the Board
• Support investor presentations and communication processes related to Eurobond transactions
• Contribute to long-term strategic financial modeling, budgeting, and business planning of the company
