Knowledge and Skills

• Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronic, Electric & Electronic, or Civil Engineering.
• Fluent English.
• Minimum 3 years of engineering experience.
• Knowledge of mechanical processes and equipment specification.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SAP, MS Project, and MS Office.
• Strong problem-solving skills (PDCA, Cause & Effect Diagram).

Main Activities

• Execute projects in regions like Izmir, Bandirma, Elazig, including facilities such as slaughterhouses, FPP, feed mills, utilities, and hatcheries.
• Receive offers and manage third-party contractors.
• Oversee contract management and project execution in the field.
• Control project budgets and propose improvements.
• Schedule activities and conduct meetings with customers and suppliers.
• Prepare/Assist project documentation (PDCA, VDC, etc.).
• Prepare Technical Specifications, Technical Comparisons, Cost Estimation Studies, Quantity Take-offs.
• In-field supervision of projects.
• Provide technical support for Yield, Quality, Productivity, and HSE practices.
• Assist in technical training and establish maintenance plans for new equipment.
• Comply with HSE norms and use appropriate safety equipment.
• Report HSE hazards, incidents, and issues.
