Production Welding and Assembly Technician
Job Responsibilities:
- Assembly and welding operations of stator iron cores with MAG welding, including visual control, surface preparation, welding, and cleaning of welded surfaces.
- Assembly of mechanical and electrical components.
- Preparation of products for delivery.
- Filling out supporting documentation.
- Reporting machine and device failures to management.
- Maintaining order and cleanliness in the workplace, production hall, and related premises, while adhering to quality standards, environmental protection, and occupational safety regulations.
Required Knowledge/Skills, Education, and Experience:
- At least 5 years of experience in MIG/MAG welding and mechanical assembly.
- High school, industrial vocational high school, or vocational school education.
- Residing in Adana (Center) or able to relocate.
- Ability to work in shifts and adapt to overtime when necessary.
- Minimum 3 years of welding experience with MIG/MAG, with a MYK welding certificate.
- Preferably holding or previously holding the ISO 9606-1 Steel Welder Certificate.
- Experience in mechanical assembly operations.
- Basic understanding of technical drawings, welding symbols, and measurement tools.
- Strict adherence to work safety rules.
- Team-oriented, attentive, and responsible.
- Preferably holding MYK certificates for crane operation, industrial forklift, and steel welding.
- English language skills are an advantage.

- Gas metal arc welding (MAG) of stator iron cores, including visual inspection, surface preparation, welding, and cleaning.
- Mechanical and electrical assembly operations.
- Preparing semi-finished and finished products for delivery.
- Filling out documentation related to quality records.
- Reporting machine and equipment issues to management.
- Maintaining order and cleanliness in the workplace, production hall, and within the facility, ensuring compliance with quality, environmental, and occupational safety standards.
Gerekli Bilgi / Beceri, Eğitim ve Deneyim:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in gas arc welding and mechanical assembly.
- High school, industrial vocational high school, or vocational college education.
- Residing in Adana (Center) or able to do so.
- Ability to work in shifts and adapt to overtime when required.
- Experienced in gas arc welding (MIG/MAG) with a vocational qualification certificate.
- Preferably holding an international steel welder certification ISO 9606-1.
- Skilled in mechanical assembly operations.
- Basic knowledge of reading technical drawings, welding symbols, and using measuring instruments.
- Strictly following safety regulations.
- Team player, attentive, and responsible.
- Preferably holding MYK certificates for bridge crane operation, industrial forklift, and steel welding.
- English language proficiency is an advantage.
