Vous serez responsable d'assurer la qualité, l'efficacité et la sécurité des processus de production. Nous recherchons un candidat ayant un diplôme en ingénierie et au moins deux ans d'expérience. Qualifications

• Minimum 2 ans d'expérience dans un poste similaire.
• Résider ou vouloir emménager à İzmir/Manisa.

Responsibilities

• Assurer l'exécution du planning de production conformément aux exigences.
• Gérer et améliorer les activités de production et de maintenance.
• Contribuer aux initiatives de réduction des coûts de production.

What Do We Expect from Our New Team Member?

• Ensure the execution of the planned production schedule in line with process requirements and desired quality parameters,
• Continuously monitor production and material usage data to carry out efficiency improvement initiatives,
• Manage, monitor, and improve the production and maintenance activities of the responsible production lines,
• Ensure the implementation of Occupational Health and Safety rules and Integrated Quality Systems, and contribute to their continuous improvement,
• Lead Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) and 5S activities within the area of responsibility,
• Collaborate with the Project team to ensure the completion of Converting projects,
• Contribute to initiatives aimed at reducing production costs.

What kind of teammate are we looking for?

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering,
• Preferably at least two years of experience in a similar position,
• Residing in or willing to relocate to İzmir/Manisa.
