Qualifications

• Engineering or related degree with strong understanding of manufacturing processes, safety, productivity and quality assurance.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Experience leading production teams and coordinating cross-functional stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Occupational Health and Safety and Quality: Ensure compliance with health, safety and quality standards and implement safe working conditions.
• Management of Production Processes: Monitor production processes, propose improvements to increase efficiency and ensure quality controls.
• Personnel Management: Organize, direct, and motivate the production team, evaluate staff performance.
• Maintenance of Machinery and Equipment: Plan and coordinate regular maintenance and quick intervention for breakdowns.
• Cost Control: Conduct cost analyses to improve efficiency and meet budget targets.
• Communication and Collaboration: Facilitate inter-department communication and report to upper management.
• Performance Analysis: Analyze performance via KPIs and identify improvement opportunities.
