Magnum Ice Cream Company is seeking a Production Intern to support the production team in improving efficiency and monitoring processes at its Çorlu site. You will collect and analyze data, assist in root-cause analyses, and participate in Lean initiatives to reduce waste and improve OEE.

The role is on-site and open to undergraduates or fresh graduates in engineering fields. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, prepare KPI reports, and help standardize manufacturing practices while

Formación

• Undergraduate student or fresh graduate in Industrial/Mechanical/Chemical/Food/Manufacturing Engineering or related fields.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.
• Proficiency in Excel; Power BI knowledge is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Support manufacturing teams to ensure safety, quality, and operational standards.
• Monitor daily production performance and identify opportunities to improve productivity and reduce waste.
• Collect, analyze and interpret production data to aid decisions.
• Assist root-cause analyses for deviations and quality issues.
• Participate in Lean projects and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Prepare reports and dashboards to track KPIs and project results.
• Support standardization and documentation of processes.
