What will you be doing at Banvit BRF?
- Executing the long-term plan across all business levels, including data inputs, business intelligence, and new/discontinued products. Managing Business Planning activities and improvements using the OTIMIX optimization tool.
- Tracking daily demand and ensuring optimal planning considering profitability, production, storage, and distribution capabilities.
- Collecting orders from the system, analyzing stock levels, and optimizing the daily production plan.
- Executing daily order directions with effective time management.
- Monitoring all processes and risks from Agro & Production Planning to Sales, sharing outputs such as production orders and distribution plans.
- Understanding long-term cycle results and working to achieve them by optimizing daily orders in alignment with the Sales team.
- Collaborating with Production, Agro, Logistics, Sales, and MRP teams to provide insights for effective planning.
- Sharing and analyzing daily operational dashboards (e.g., Stock Dashboard, Order Dashboard), and preparing relevant meeting materials.
- Ensuring capacity and efficiency data are updated and aligned with Agro and Production departments.
- Checking daily production orders against actual production for plan adherence.
- Monitoring daily, weekly, and monthly demand and performing historical data comparisons.
- Performing other duties as required and/or requested by the S&OP leaders from time to time.
What kind of profile are we looking for?
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business Admin, or equivalent.
- Minimum 1 year of experience.
- English proficiency is desirable.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
