Job description

Overview

Mad Parfumeur is one of the leading players in the Turkish perfume and cosmetics industry. We are currently seeking a Production Manager to join our team in Ankara. This position will be responsible for the end-to-end management of production processes, ensuring efficiency, quality, and compliance with our strategic objectives.

Responsibilities

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production plans and optimize resource utilization.
• Ensure implementation of quality, efficiency, and occupational safety standards in production processes
• Define responsibilities of the production team and carry out performance management
• Monitor raw material and semi-finished goods requirements, coordinating closely with warehouse and logistics teams
• Oversee regular maintenance, repair, and efficiency tracking of machinery and equipment used on the production line
• Prepare KPI-based production performance reports
• Lead continuous improvement, lean manufacturing, and efficiency projects
• Collaborate with R&D, quality, and logistics teams during new product launch processes

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, chemical engineering, mechanical engineering, or related fields
• Minimum 10 years of experience in production management
• Proven competence in production planning, process development, and efficiency improvement
• Proficient in ERP systems and production reporting tools
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing methodologies such as 5S and Kaizen
• Strong team management and leadership skills
• Advanced analytical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
• Resident in Ankara or willing to relocate
