Job Summary

The Production and Logistics Officer is responsible for coordinating and overseeing the production processes and the logistics of raw materials and finished goods. This role ensures that production targets are met efficiently and that logistics operations support timely delivery, inventory control, and cost-effective transportation.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor daily production process.
• Supervise the production team to ensure timely and efficient production processes.
• Operate and monitor the production line machines
• Managing the receiving and sending materials by coordinating with shipping agencies.
• Prepare and present regular reports on production outputs and inventory status.
• Monitor stock levels and conduct regular stock check-ups.
• Work closely with procurement and warehouse teams to maintain minimum and maximum stock thresholds.

Qualifications

Education & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in production planning, logistics, or supply chain operations.
• Experience in manufacturing or a similar industry is preferred.
• Fluent in Turkish language (basics in English or Arabic is a plus)
• Having a valid driving license, minimum B class (C class is a plus).
