Job summary

Yazaki Europe Middle East and Africa is seeking a Production Engineer for its Akyazı, Sakarya office. You will track production outputs, investigate root causes of issues, and lead continuous improvement actions on the shop floor.

You will bridge shop-floor operations with management systems by analyzing KPI metrics, supporting IATF audits, and collaborating with supervisors to ensure smooth workflow across projects. Domestic and international travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field is required.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Track daily production outputs and investigate root causes of delivery issues on the shop floor.
• Lead continuous improvement actions and drive KPI improvements.
• Collaborate with foremen and shift supervisors to maintain workflow across active projects.
• Translate shop-floor data into high-level presentations for executive leadership.
• Participate in Lean Manufacturing, 5S, and NYS activities on the production floor.
• Support transfer processes and assess feasibility for domestic and international travel.
• Participate in daily/weekly/change-management meetings to ensure clear information flow.
• Search and analyze data in the database according to criteria.
