Qualifications

1. Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering,
2. Minimum 3 years of production experience, preferably in corrugated board manufacturing,
3. Proficiency in English, both written and spoken,
4. Strong command of MS Office tools,
5. Highly creative with an analytical mindset and proactive attitude,
6. Excellent teamwork skills and the ability to collaborate harmoniously with others,
7. Willingness and ability to travel as required,
8. No military obligations for male candidates,
9. Preferably resides in or near Denizli.

Job Description

We are seeking a Production Engineer for our Corrugated Board and Packaging Plant in Denizli. The selected candidate will be responsible for:

1. Supervising and managing blue-collar employees in alignment with production plans and budgetary goals,
2. Developing short- and medium-term strategies to meet operational KPIs, including daily, monthly, and annual targets,
3. Monitoring and optimizing production performance, waste reduction, and raw material utilization,
4. Coordinating with the maintenance department to plan and execute primary maintenance activities,
5. Managing and ensuring compliance with systems such as Quality, Environment, Energy, and Occupational Health & Safety (OHS).
