About the Role

Hazelnuts are at the core of our products, and we prioritize their quality and production processes. We are seeking a Production Engineer for our Trabzon plant, where our Hazelnut production is located. Reporting directly to the Production Manager, the role involves ensuring the quality and efficiency of production programs aligned with proper processes.

Main Responsibilities

1. Improve profitability and productivity by optimizing costs, processes, and procedures.
2. Ensure production process actions are carried out according to changing priorities and update the ERP system accordingly.
3. Track and improve KPI metrics, proposing enhancements.
4. Participate in process improvement projects.
5. Develop work instructions for commissioning, operation, and control of production units.
6. Monitor production performance, analyze line efficiency, and collaborate with shift personnel to gather and analyze data.
