Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering,
• Minimum 5 years of production experience, preferably in corrugated board manufacturing,
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken,
• Strong command of MS Office tools,
• Highly creative with an analytical mindset and proactive attitude,
• Excellent teamwork skills and the ability to collaborate harmoniously with others,
• Willingness and ability to travel as required,

Job Description

We are seeking a Production Engineer for our Corrugated Board and Packaging Plant in Denizli. The selected candidate will be responsible for:

• Supervising and managing blue-collar employees in alignment with production plans and budgetary goals,
• Developing short- and medium-term strategies to meet operational KPIs, including daily, monthly, and annual targets,
• Monitoring and optimizing production performance, waste reduction, and raw material utilization,
• Coordinating with the maintenance department to plan and execute primary maintenance activities,
• Managing and ensuring compliance with systems such as Quality, Environment, Energy, and Occupational Health & Safety (OHS).
