Job Description

• Checking Wort production and process conditions and maintaining/improving quality
• Keeping detailed records of the processes and analyse them
• Overseeing technical developments
• Following and reporting departmental KPIs
• Supporting the continuous improvement activities
• Managing brewhouse responsibles
• Take ownership and responsibility in driving Quality, HSE and Energy Management Systems.
• Communicate product updates and progress to internal teams
• Understand and manage all technical details of the existing automated production system.
• Apply scientific theories related to brewing processes and equipment.
• Ensure knowledge of the technical specifications of semi-finished and finished products.

The Successful Applicant

• Bachelor's Degree in Food Engineering or Chemical Engineering is a must
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a fast paced manufacturing environment, preferably in FMCG
• Strong in technical analysis and method determining
• Able to take initiative and demonstrate innovative thinking and flexibility
• Fluent in English both written and spoken
• Excellent command of MS Office applications
• Quality-oriented, task-conscious
• Open to change and development
• Strong teamwork, analytical thinking, leadership and communication skills
• Good in planning & organisation
