Position: Production Coordination Engineer

Location: Manisa, Türkiye

Beko is seeking a Production Coordination Engineer to work in Washing Machine Production Management in Manisa.

What awaits you in this role?

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, or Industrial Engineering
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a shift-based role within production facilities
• Ability to adapt to a shift work schedule
• Strong technical knowledge and problem-solving skills
• Team player with excellent communication skills
• Well-developed planning and organizational skills
• Preferably experienced with ERP systems and MS Office
• Knowledge of occupational health and safety (OHS) regulations

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure continuous and efficient operation of assembly and process lines according to production plans, and coordinate communication between relevant departments.
• Maintain seamless production processes by ensuring coordination and information flow among all relevant units.
• Ensure subcontractors and production teams comply with OHS rules, conduct inspections, and complete necessary safety training.
• Identify production bottlenecks, coordinate solutions, and implement necessary adjustments.
• Maintain quality standards, respond to quality issues promptly, and optimize quality processes.
• Manage communication and coordination activities across departments such as planning, HR, and maintenance.
• Assess equipment and machinery maintenance needs, coordinating with relevant teams for maintenance activities.
• Monitor production performance, analyze data, and suggest improvements.
• Implement productivity systems like TPM and 5S, and participate in related projects.
• Evaluate employee performance, identify development needs, and monitor progress.
• Manage employee working hours, efficiency efforts, and overtime schedules.
• Ensure compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 14064-1 standards, and other relevant regulations to promote sustainability and process coordination.
• Oversee adherence to OHS regulations and safety protocols.
• Ensure environmental compliance in production activities, coordinating with relevant units.
