Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferably in Business Administration, Economics or Engineering
- Minimum 5 years of marketing or trade marketing experience in FMCG
- Team player with excellent communication skills
- Strong strategic, analytical thinking, problem solving skills
- Excellent command of written and spoken English
- Proficiency in MS Office
Job Description
- Will be responsible for coffee, coffee machines and accessories products in shops & online channels.
- Act as the key link between marketing and sales teams.
- Work closely with cross functions including brand marketing, sales, finance, purchasing teams.
- Plan and execute channel-specific marketing activities and campaigns.
- Develop tailored promotional calendars and activation toolkits by channel.
- Participate monthly global marketing & trade marketing meetings and implement global strategies and marketing plans to local campaign plans
- Monitor competitive activity, in terms of promotions, pricing, and NPD in-store and react accordingly.
- Identify key business drivers, growth opportunities, and performance gaps.
- Fully understand and prioritize category/channel needs and develop & implement trade marketing strategies and campaigns to increase brand awareness and revenue growth.
- Develop detailed launch and activation plans for new Brands and SKUs, and support with pre- and post-analysis.
- Work with external agencies for creative development, research, and execution.
- Manage the process of Point of Sale Materials (POSM), including budget management, design, production, stock, and distribution aligning with category and channel requirements in according with brand guidelines
- Create and manage a toolkit of shopper marketing assets.
