Qualifications
  • At least 5 years of professional experience, preferably with hands-on expertise as a Product Manager or in a comparable role within integration products
  • Previous involvement in integration projects with hotel suppliers and channel manager systems in the tourism, travel or hospitality sectors is an advantage
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Management Information Systems or a relevant technical field,
  • Experience with the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and product development processes
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, reporting and presentation skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions
  • Collaborative and team-oriented, with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and proficient in using project management tools such as Jira
  • In-depth knowledge of integration technologies and terminology, including APIs, XML/JSON and web services
  • Proficient in tools such as Postman, SQL and Microsoft Office applications
  • Excellent command of English for communicating with international stakeholders and producing technical documentation
  • For male applicants, completion of military service or deferment for at least two years is required
Job Description
  • Leading integrations with hotel suppliers and channel manager systems
  • Identifying customer needs and integration opportunities, and proposing suitable development solutions
  • Continuously monitoring integration performance to detect errors, bottlenecks and areas for improvement
  • Defining the product vision and roadmap for integrations based on competitor analysis, customer needs and data-driven insights
  • Managing the product roadmap and backlog, prioritising integration-related development tasks
  • Overseeing all product development and integration processes, working closely with technical teams
  • Maintaining regular collaboration and communication with both internal teams (software, sales, operations) and external stakeholders (providers, channel managers), contributing to decision-making processes
  • Analysing and providing technical specifications for incoming integration requests, preparing them for development
  • Drawing on competitor analyses, market trends and data-driven assessments when shaping the vision and roadmap for integration products
  • Preparing and maintaining comprehensive documentation for integration products and processes
  • Preparing regular status reports and presenting them to senior management
