Wingie Enuygun Group, Turkey’s leading travel marketplace, is seeking a Product Manager to join its Technology department on site in Fatih. You will oversee the product roadmap, collaborate with design, engineering, BI, and marketing, and translate user insights into product requirements that drive growth across Wingie and Enuygun.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of product management experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, marketing or management.
• Experience in a technology company, preferably an internet company.
• Strong collaboration with designers, engineers and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the product roadmap and strategy for your products.
• Work closely with the design team in conducting user research, validating product requirements, defining workflows and UX design.
• Collaborate with engineers, BI, marketing, and end users to incorporate feedback into the product definition process.
• Define new products and feature business cases by working with business and IT teams.
• Help manage internal and external product requests from customers and internal constituents.
• Lead the products' UX Development Process such as A/B Testing etc.
• Work with PR and marketing on product release communication.
• Leverage analytics to refine and improve strategy.
• Define workflows, mock-ups, milestones and deliverables for Agile projects.
• Monitor resources and adjust as needed to achieve project scope.
