Job summary

Wingie Enuygun Group is seeking a Head of Marketing to lead the Growth department in Turkey. You will own the full marketing budget, measure funnel performance, and lead integrated campaigns across brand and performance channels from concept to measurable outcomes.

You will build and manage a small, high-performing team and align brand strategy with growth across multiple geographies. This role offers a hybrid work environment and strong leadership exposure.

Responsibilities

• Own the marketing budget end-to-end — allocate across markets, brands, and channels.
• Own the funnel metrics and diagnose what isn’t working to improve CAC/ROAS/LTV.
• Lead integrated campaigns across brand and performance channels from concept to measurable results.
• Build and manage the agency and partner ecosystem with clear KPIs and accountability.
• Set brand strategy so it appears consistently in performance channels and campaigns.
• Build, lead, and grow a small high-performing marketing team.
• Coordinate with senior leadership to align brand and growth priorities with business goals.
• Translate market insights into strategy and messaging across geographies.
• Track brand health alongside funnel metrics and report actionable next steps.

Wingie Enuygun Group is looking for a Head of Marketing to join its growing Growth department. What makes you special?

• Own the marketing budget end-to-end — how it's allocated across markets, brands, and channels, how it's paced through the year, and what it returns. You decide where the next unit of spend goes, and you can defend why.

• Own the marketing funnel and its numbers: traffic, conversion, CAC, ROAS, LTV and retention — and be hands-on in diagnosing and fixing what isn't working.
• Prove marketing's contribution, not just its activity — build the measurement framework, run incrementality tests and holdouts, and report impact on business results rather than impressions and reach.
• Lead integrated campaigns across brand and performance channels — YouTube and video, social, influencer and creator marketing, paid search and social, CRM — from concept to measurable results.
• Build and manage the agency and partner ecosystem (creative, media, influencer, production): set the brief and the KPIs, negotiate the terms, and hold partners accountable for both quality and efficiency.
• Set brand strategy and make sure it actually shows up in performance channels, not just in campaigns — brand and growth pulling in the same direction.
• Build, lead, and grow a small, high-performing marketing team, while staying close enough to the work to jump in when needed.
• Partner closely with senior leadership, product, performance marketing, data science, and comms to align brand and growth priorities with business goals.
• Translate market insights and consumer behavior into strategy and messaging that resonates across our diverse geographies.
• Track brand health alongside funnel and growth metrics, and bring leadership a clear read on results plus a recommendation on what to do next.

What we expect from you:

• Strong brand marketing instincts combined with real ownership of growth and funnel metrics — you don't see these as separate jobs
• A track record of managing a meaningful marketing budget across multiple channels and markets, with a clear view of what that spend returned
• Hands-on depth in YouTube and video, social, and influencer/creator marketing — you know what good looks like, what it should cost, and how to measure whether it worked
• Proven agency and partner management: briefing, negotiating, and consistently getting better work for the money
• Genuinely data-driven — you own the numbers, can demonstrate marketing's incremental contribution, and use that to make brand and growth decisions
• A hands-on operator, not just a strategist — comfortable in the details of a campaign, a landing page, or a dashboard when it matters
• A track record of building and leading marketing teams, with strong people leadership skills
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, able to influence senior leadership
• Experience running campaigns across multiple markets or geographies is a plus
