What are we looking for ?

• Bachelor’s degree from Engineering or Economics & Administrative Sciences faculties,
• Minimum 10 years of experience in product management within the Consumer Electronics sector,
• At least 3 years of experience in managing Product Management teams,
• Strong communication skills and ability to take an active role within a team,
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills,
• Closely follows innovations and developments in technology,
• Excellent command of English,
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office programs,
• Residing in (or willing to relocate to) İzmir,

What will you do ?

• Managing the strategy, budget, and human resources of the team,
• Coordinating communication with domestic and international suppliers,
• Managing product positioning, procurement, and inventory planning in line with the team’s short- and mid-term goals,
• Contributing to the preparation and execution of the company’s long-term strategies and plans,
• Managing the sales performance of the brands under the team’s responsibility in line with periodical targets,
• Monitoring industry developments and market trends, and leading the product management team that will carry Bilkom into the future.
