Job summary

About the Role

We are looking for a Product Manager to join our Marketing & Digital Excellence team and drive brand growth, strengthen market impact, and deliver commercial success

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement local brand strategies aligned with business objectives
• Execute promotional campaigns to maximize brand awareness and product performance
• Conduct market analysis and monitor competitor activities, trends, and pricing dynamics
• Generate actionable insights to support data-driven decision making
• Build and maintain strong relationships with KOLs, medical experts, and associations
• Lead product planning processes, manage projects, and support successful product launches
• Manage and monitor marketing budgets and performance
• Support registration, reimbursement, and market access activities
• Conduct regular field visits and dual visits with the sales teams

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Biology, or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry
• At least 2 years of Product Management experience (Experience in Cardiology or Metabolism is a plus)
• Strong analytical thinking and strategic planning skills
• Proven experience in budgeting and data interpretation
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• No restriction for travel
