Job summary

Knauf Türkiye is seeking a seasoned Product Manager to join our Ankara Head Office. You will coordinate sales, marketing and production for the assigned product group and drive market positioning.

The role requires a 10+ year track record, strong presentation and project management skills, fluent English, and residency in Ankara. You will lead cross-functional teams and manage the product lifecycle from development to post-launch.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master degree in business, economy, industrial/management engineering, or related fields.
• Minimum 10 years prior experience in a similar role.
• Advanced presentation and communication skills, comfortable presenting complex topics to stakeholders.
• Proven project management skills, including leading multiple projects.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to manage multiple deliverables.
• Excellent skills in MS Office programs (Excel, PowerPoint and Word).
• Fluent in English, written and spoken.
• Residency in Ankara.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate sales, marketing, and production activities for the assigned product group and manage the product's market positioning.
• Achieve sales volume and revenue on a monthly/quarterly/annual basis in line with budget and targets for the assigned product group.
• Create and monitor the annual sales budget for the assigned product group in terms of volume and revenue.
• Determine and monitor the sales channel-based strategy for the assigned product group.
• Conduct market research and competitor analyses in collaboration with other departments for the assigned product group.
• Play an active role in determining marketing activities for the assigned product group.
• Monitor the market for the assigned product and ensure correct pricing to achieve revenue and volume targets.
• Coordinate with all dealers and dealer sales teams to ensure standard product increases.
• Identify new product opportunities based on market, customer, and competitive analyses.
• Evaluate new product ideas, establishing and prioritizing business requirements.
• Manage the new product development process in coordination with R&D, sales, marketing, production, and other teams.
• Coordinate product validation, positioning, launch preparations, and market launch processes.
• Monitor post-launch product performance and plan improvement actions.
• Manage the entire lifecycle (PLC) of the product group.
• Have mastery of technical details, national and international standards, and application methods for the product group.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Having the highest level of mastery of all technical details, national and international standards, and application methods related to the product group for which they are responsible.

• Excellent skills in MS Office programs (Excel, PowerPoint and Word),
• Fluent in English, verbal and written,
• Residency/ To be able to reside in Ankara.
