Job summary

Knauf Türkiye is seeking a seasoned Product Manager to join Ankara Head Office, coordinating sales, marketing, and production for the defined product group and driving its market positioning.

The role requires a Bachelor/Master's in business or engineering, 10+ years in a similar role, strong presentation and project management skills, fluency in English, and the ability to reside in Ankara. You will work with R&D, sales, and marketing to launch and monitor new products.

Qualifications

• Bachelor/Master's degree with a focus on business, economy, industrial/management engineering, or related fields.
• Minimum 10 years prior experience in a similar role.
• Advanced presentation and communication skills, comfortable presenting complex topics to stakeholders.
• Proven project management skills, including the ability to lead projects or work on several projects simultaneously.
• Strong structural/analytic mindset and comfortable managing multiple deliverables with multiple inputs, often with high-impact, time-sensitive requirements.
• Excellent skills in MS Office programs (Excel, PowerPoint and Word).
• Fluent in English, verbal and written.
• Residency/ To be able to reside in Ankara.

Responsibilities

• Coordinating sales, marketing, and production activities of the assigned product group and managing the product's market positioning.
• Achieving sales volume and revenue on a monthly/quarterly/annual basis in line with budget and targets for the assigned product group.
• Creating and monitoring the annual sales budget for the assigned product group in terms of volume and revenue.
• Determining and monitoring the sales channel-based strategy for the assigned product group.
• Conducting and evaluating market research and competitor analysis processes in collaboration with other departments for the assigned product group.
• Plays an active role in determining marketing activities for the assigned product group.
• Monitoring the market for the assigned product and ensuring correct pricing to achieve revenue and volume targets.
• Coordinating with all dealers and dealer sales teams to ensure standard product increases.
• Identifying new product opportunities based on market, customer, and competitive analyses.
• Evaluation of new product ideas, establishing and prioritizing business requirements.
• Managing the new product development process in coordination with R&D, sales, marketing, production, and other relevant teams.
• Coordinating product validation, positioning, launch preparations, and market launch processes.
• Monitoring post-launch product performance and planning improvement and development actions.
• Managing the entire lifecycle (PLC) of the product group for which they are responsible.
• Having the highest level of mastery of all technical details, national and international standards, and application methods related to the product group for which they are responsible.

What You’ll Be Doing
