Job summary

PVH, the parent of TOMMY HILFIGER, seeks a Product Integrity Technician to safeguard PVH products through compliance and safety standards across materials and finished goods. You will coordinate with brands, divisions, and suppliers to identify risks and implement preventive actions.

The role requires a textile engineering background, strong English communication, and the ability to influence cross-functional teams while driving continuous improvement in product integrity and labeling compliance.

Qualifications

• Academic background in Textile Engineering or equivalent.
• Good English speaking and communication.
• Ability to influence internal and external resources for exploring newness for the brand.
• Demonstrates proactive risk awareness and change adaptability.
• Able to work with people from different locations and cultures.

Responsibilities

• Product Regulatory Compliance: Ensure products comply with global, regional, and market-specific regulations; provide guidance on regulatory requirements.
• Product Safety: Evaluate product safety risks and support preventive actions per GQM; drive CAPAs.
• Product Labeling: Review and validate care and content labeling against PVH fiber rules and GQM.
• Chemical Management: Drive PVH/AFIRM RSL compliance on materials and trims; manage chemical risks with suppliers and labs.
• Global Testing Protocol Management: Execute and govern testing per GQM and interpret results with stakeholders.
• Risk Assessment and Risk Mitigation: Lead risk assessments across materials and finished products; implement mitigation plans.
• Escalation and Stakeholder Engagement: Escalate risks and engage brands, divisions, and vendors for timely resolution.
• Continuous Improvement: Act as SME on Product Integrity; develop tools, standards, and training; drive improvements.
