Job summary

PVH, the parent of Tommy Hilfiger, seeks a focused Supply Planner to drive seasonal planning with vendors across EU and NA. You will coordinate with internal teams to track production metrics, negotiate terms, and push for lead-time reductions, ensuring alignment with PVH’s global supply strategy.

The role requires a 3–5 year background in supply chain, strong English communication, and adeptness with planning tools to support IBP initiatives and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in operations, supply chain, engineering, or analytics-related business.
• 3–5 years of business experience, including 1–3 years in supply chain roles.
• Consumer products experience is a plus, apparel sourcing is desirable.
• Excellent English communication; strong analytical and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive seasonal planning process with vendors for EU and NA.
• Collaborate with vendors to report production metrics like weekly volume and factory utilization.
• Negotiate with vendors based on PVH requested ACDs.
• Continuously collaborate with vendors to reduce end-to-end lead times.
• Support IBP and cross-functional teams to optimize supply and budgeting.
