We are a fast-growing company where people are the most valuable asset. To support our continuous growth and reinforce our Manufacturing team we are looking for a Product Development Engineer .

What Do We Expect:

• Developing and implementing key innovation projects on time as set in yearly plans together with the Marketing.
• Leading new product developments, raw material validation projects, and guiding purchasing, planning, quality and technical teams with a clear focus on in time delivery
• Ensure that product development process is compliant with the quality standards, (no major fall-outs linked to Project Management – in internal and external audits.)
• Be the technical key contact between the plant and the suppliers regarding raw materials.
• Setting up raw material specifications for new raw materials.
• Helping to assure product and raw material safety.
• Helping to create master specifications for new product developments including bill of material, general quality recommendations, safety files etc..
• Participating in audits representing R&D and product development functions on product design/validation related questions. (procedures, FMEA, Risk analysis reports, etc.)
• Being a technical know-how base and transferring all new knowledges to other departments.
• Routinely communicating with suppliers, purchasing, in regards with new raw materials.
• Communicating with external labs for some tests (botanical ingredient tests, toxicology tests, etc.)

Who You Are:

• Graduated from related departments of universities
• 3 years of experience
• Knowledge of raw materials for disposable products.
• Strong executive and communication skills.
• Strong analytical skills and organizational talent.
• English speaking , reading and writing
• PC skills, MS Office , especially power point
