Product Development Lab Technician

We are a fast-growing company where people are our most valuable asset. To support our continuous growth and strengthen our Manufacturing team, we are looking for a Product Development Lab Technician.

What Do We Expect:

• Perform product and raw material tests according to test methods during raw material validations and product development studies.
• Conduct competitor product analysis to stay competitive in the market and present the results.
• Efficiently test products following internal standard methods (Courtray, Hytec, Edana, internal methods).
• Test new incoming raw materials from suppliers.
• Manage and ship incoming and outgoing samples to internal teams (like Marketing) or external customers (like Suppliers).
• Manage the lab test database on our servers.
• Organize and perform calibration of all lab test equipment.
• Optimize internal lab test methods.

Who You Are:

• Graduated from relevant university departments.
• At least 2 years of experience.
• Knowledge of raw materials for disposable products.
• Strong communication and execution skills.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Proficient in English (speaking, reading, writing).
• Skilled in PC use and MS Office, especially PowerPoint.
