We are looking for a Product Design Manager to take part in Şişecam Desing Center located in Gebze/Kocaeli. The ideal candidate would have the following qualifications with a strong background in glassware segment;

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Design or a related field (Master’s degree preferred)
• 10+ years of experience in furniture, bathroom & kitchen sanitary ware, lighting, home appliances, automotive or general industrial design
• Deep knowledge of 2D and 3D product modeling and visualization software, along with relevant artificial intelligence tools
• Strong understanding of design principles, user-centered design, and innovation processes
• Experience working and collaborating with complementary diverse teams in a multi-faceted, rapid-growth environment
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• Willingness to travel when required

Job Description

• Managing the entire end-to-end design ownership process by taking full responsibility for the lifecycle of product and packaging design, starting from initial concept development and continuing through to production-ready outputs, across all business segments and channels.
• Collaborating closely with cross-departmental teams including production, research and development, marketing, and supply chain to ensure that all design outputs are feasible, manufacturable, and strategically aligned with the company’s strategic goals.
• Overseeing comprehensive design system management by selecting, implementing, and maintaining appropriate design tools, software platforms, and archiving systems that streamline workflows, enhance team productivity, and ensure consistency in visual and structural outputs across projects.
• Integrating innovation and trend insights into the design process by continuously monitoring global design movements, consumer behavior patterns, and emerging technologies to develop forward-thinking products that strengthen brand perception and improve market competitiveness.
• Leading both internal design teams and external vendors through effective team and vendor leadership, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality design solutions that reflect brand values and user needs focusing on Paşabahçe, Borcam, Paşabahçe Mağazaları and Nude Glass.
