Qualifications

• University degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Business Administration
• Minimum 4 years of experience in FMCG, Packaging environment in Procurement and/or Supply Chain Management
• Good understanding of Supply Chain practices, mainly import & export operations and procurement
• Good understanding and managerial experience of Procurement & Supply Chain
• Know-how of Supply Chain related systems and technologies (ERP, SAP, TMS)
• Knowledge of procurement trends
• Experience working within a matrix organizational model
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Excellent command of written and spoken English
• No military obligation for male candidates
• No travel restrictions

Job Description

We are currently seeking a ‘Procurement (Import) Specialist’ to join our team at our Istanbul (Ataşehir) Headquarters.

• Managing procurement activities, especially for import & export processes.
• Ensure all items are procured within strategies and comply with company policies and procedures.
• Achieve targets such as savings, cash flow, and others.
• Manage all the procurement needs of DP Turkey plants within the region.
• Ensure activities comply with relevant laws.
• Order the right quantity and ensure timely delivery to meet customer needs without excess stock.
• Procure all indirect items within company procurement strategies and policies.
• Maximize benefits by leveraging market and supplier knowledge in cooperation with lead buyers.
