About Our Client

An international Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) brand is preparing to enter the Turkish market with the support of a well-established local holding.

Job Description

• Lead end-to-end procurement processes for food and non-food categories (including fresh, frozen, and dry goods, packaging, equipment, etc.)
• Identify, evaluate, and onboard reliable local suppliers in line with global quality and compliance standards
• Build strong supplier relationships and negotiate contracts to ensure cost-effectiveness and supply continuity
• Collaborate closely with global and local stakeholders to align procurement activities with operational needs
• Monitor supplier performance, manage risks, and implement corrective actions when necessary
• Contribute to the development of procurement policies, procedures, and systems to support scalability

The Successful Applicant

• Minimum 10 years of experience in procurement, preferably in the food service, food production, or QSR industries
• Proven experience working with fresh and frozen food suppliers in Turkey
• Strong negotiation skills and a deep understanding of local supplier markets
• Fluency in Turkish and English is required
• Hands-on, proactive, and capable of working in a start-up/launch phase environment
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
