Diageo Türkiye is seeking a Procurement Manager – CAPEX & MRO to lead sourcing strategies for manufacturing operations. The Procurement Manager – CAPEX & MRO plays a critical leadership role in enabling Diageo Türkiye's manufacturing operations by delivering best-in-class procurement solutions that support business performance, operational resilience and long-term value creation. Reporting to the Head of Procurement Direct, this role leads a team of four Site Procurement Specialists and is responsible for shaping and executing procurement strategies across CAPEX and MRO categories. Working closely with manufacturing and cross-functional stakeholders, the role ensures that goods and services are sourced safely, competitively and efficiently, while maintaining the highest standards of governance, compliance and supplier performance. The successful candidate will partner with Manufacturing, Engineering, Supply Chain, Finance, Quality, Marketing and Global Procurement teams to translate business requirements into robust sourcing strategies that support operational excellence and sustainable growth. They will build strong supplier partnerships, lead complex sourcing initiatives and deliver measurable value through commercial excellence, strategic negotiations and continuous optimisation of the supplier base. Beyond delivering procurement results, this role is expected to foster a culture of collaboration, accountability and continuous improvement across the procurement organisation. The Procurement Manager will coach and develop a team of procurement professionals, strengthen procurement capability across manufacturing sites and create an environment where people can perform at their best while continuously building new capabilities. A key priority of the role is to accelerate procurement digitalisation by identifying opportunities to simplify processes, improve data quality, increase automation and enhance decision-making through digital tools and analytics. The role is expected to champion innovation, drive efficiency and support the ongoing evolution of procurement ways of working. The Procurement Manager will also play an important role in ensuring business continuity through proactive supplier risk management, effective stakeholder engagement and strong commercial judgement. A strong understanding of logistics operations is essential, enabling the successful candidate to provide temporary operational support when required and maintain uninterrupted business operations. Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) is fundamental to everything we do. The role is responsible for ensuring procurement decisions support Diageo's HSE standards by sourcing goods and services that comply with applicable legislation, company policies and operational safety requirements. Success in this role requires a highly collaborative leader with strong commercial acumen, excellent stakeholder management and the ability to influence at all levels of the organisation. The successful candidate will demonstrate expertise in strategic sourcing, supplier relationship management, contract management and category strategy while balancing cost, quality, service, innovation and risk.
The ideal candidate will bring 10+ years of procurement experience within FMCG, manufacturing or industrial environments, including significant exposure to CAPEX and MRO procurement. Experience leading high-performing teams, managing complex sourcing projects and working within international organisations is essential. Strong SAP knowledge, advanced Excel skills, excellent written and spoken English, and the flexibility to travel regularly to manufacturing sites and suppliers are required.
