Job summary

Novartis Turkey is seeking a Process Team Lead to oversee daily manufacturing operations in our GMP environment. You will coach and develop a high‑performing team, ensure on‑time delivery, and drive continuous improvement across safety, quality, and efficiency.

The role requires 5+ years in pharma manufacturing, 2+ years leading teams, and experience with MES/SAP, Lean Management, and CAPA processes. Fluency in English and Turkish is expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in the pharmaceutical or life sciences industry within a GMP-regulated environment.
• Minimum 2 years of people leadership or supervisory experience is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of GMP regulations and pharmaceutical manufacturing processes.
• Experience with manufacturing systems (MES, SAP) and Lean Management/Operational Excellence methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead shop floor manufacturing operations with regular presence and support.
• Plan resources and coordinate production schedules based on workload and priorities.
• Drive CAPAs and monitor key performance indicators for operational performance.
• Lead incident reporting, investigations, root cause analyses, and corrective actions.
• Develop and coach high-performing teams and promote cross-functional collaboration.
• Ensure GMP, HSE, and quality compliance across manufacturing activities.
