About the team:

We are looking for a Process Quality Engineer for our Sakarya location.

What you can look forward to as Process Quality Engineer:

• Manage Quality Planning for new & key changes to achieve Safe Launch, Quality KPIs Targets and Customer Satisfaction.
• Drive the understanding of Customer requirements related to quality planning (such as safe launch planning, Process Readiness Audit, etc.) to ensure SOP readiness and safe launch.
• Drive completion of APQP and PPAP processes to obtain customer approval.
• Drive the identification of lessons learned and the implementation of read-across activities, generating new lessons learned in the pre-SOP phase.
• Coordination of the processing of 0km complaints, support problem solving, error analysis, definition, implementation and effectiveness check of remedial and improvement measures, avoidance of repeat errors.
• GEMBA problem solving methods - cooperation with the employees on site.
• Creation and implementation of quality concepts, work and process instructions.

Your Profile as Process Quality Engineer:

• Knowledge and experience in quality planning, quality management systems, quality tools, and methods; deep understanding of the ZF GDPEP process and quality standards; and solid technical background regarding similar product technologies.
• Problem-solving skills.
• Min 3 years’ experience in the automotive manufacturing quality area.
• Fluent English, German is an asset.
• Knowledge and experience in APQP / PPAP, SPC, MSA, FMEA, 8D, 5S, 6 Sigma, Kaizen is preferred.
• Knowledge about SAP usage is preferred.
• Ability to use Office Programs very well and effectively.
• Strong reporting and presentation skills.
• Good team player, result-oriented, analytical thinker.
