Process Engineer

At least 10-15 years of process engineering experience in wastewater and fresh water treatment

• Apply

WABAG Europe Cluster – with locations in Austria, Czech Republic, Switzerland, Romania and Turkey – is looking for a Senior Process Engineer who is experienced in process technologies for water and wastewater treatment.

• Tender analysis
• Preparation of treatment concepts
• Process calculations (design, hydraulics etc.) according to relevant standards (e.g. ATV)
• Preparation of PID’s and concepts for layout and civil guide drawings
• Preparation of descriptions (plant description, control philosophy, operation manual)
• Cooperation with other disciplines (mechanical engineering, EMSR, civil engineering, erecting works, site, operations)
• Technical sales support
• Development of new processes/ applications (R&D)

Educational Qualification

• Completed studies in process / environmental engineering, chemistry, biotechnology or similar
• At least 10-15 years of process engineering experience in wastewater and fresh water treatment
• Very good knowledge of English; another foreign language is an advantage
• Independence, very good communication and team skills
• Very high willingness to travel
