Job summary

Sistem Alüminyum, a leading aluminium manufacturer in Türkiye, is seeking a Process Engineer for its Ergene, Tekirdağ facility. The role focuses on analyzing, developing, and improving manufacturing processes to boost quality, reduce costs, and shorten lead times.

You will study processes, implement new products and technologies, prepare technical documentation, and collaborate across functions to sustain improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering is required.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in manufacturing or process engineering preferred.
• Good command of written and spoken English.

We are seeking a motivated and analytically minded Process Engineer to join our team at our manufacturing facility located in Ergene, Tekirdağ.

This role will be responsible for analyzing, developing, and improving manufacturing processes; identifying opportunities to enhance quality, cost, lead time, and operational efficiency; and supporting the implementation of new products, processes, methods, and technologies.

The ideal candidate is a technically competent, solution-oriented, and collaborative engineering professional with a strong interest in manufacturing, process development, and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Participate in the analysis, development, and continuous improvement of manufacturing processes
• Evaluate processes in terms of quality, cost, lead time, and efficiency, and identify improvement opportunities
• Conduct method studies related to manufacturing operations
• Support the introduction and implementation of new products and processes
• Provide technical support for R&D, product development, and design activities
• Prepare technical drawings and designs and carry out necessary revisions
• Analyze technical issues encountered during manufacturing and collaborate with relevant departments to develop effective solutions
• Contribute to the preparation and maintenance of process-related technical documentation, standards, work instructions, and reports
• Research new methods, equipment, and technologies and support their integration into manufacturing processes
• Monitor process performance and carry out related analysis and reporting activities
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure the effective implementation and sustainability of process improvements

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Metallurgical and Materials Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or a related engineering discipline
• Preferably, a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in manufacturing, process engineering, production engineering, or a similar technical role
• Good command of written and spoken English
• Proficiency in at least one CAD or other technical design software
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and engineering documentation
• Strong interest in manufacturing processes, process development, and technical problem-solving
• Strong analytical thinking, research, and problem-solving skillsAbility to work effectively as part of a team and collaborate across different functions
• Strong planning, coordination, and follow-up skills, with a high sense of responsibility
• Detail-oriented, results-driven, and committed to delivering high-quality work
