Overview

Are you a passionate and skilled Process Engineer looking to make a tangible impact in a dynamic, global organization? We’re seeking a talented individual to join our team and play a pivotal role in optimizing production processes, driving efficiency, and shaping the future of our operations. You join our team as Process Engineer.

Responsibilities
  • Design and Innovate: Take ownership of process design, including automation, and lead maintenance activities to ensure seamless operations.
  • Optimize Production: Analyze processes, implement Lean tools, and develop innovative solutions to boost productivity, reduce scrap rates, and minimize operational risks.
  • Collaborate and Solve: Work with multidisciplinary teams to execute process improvement projects, troubleshoot emergencies, and standardize maintenance processes.
  • Drive Continuous Improvement: Participate in Value Analysis/Value Engineering (VA/VE) studies and contribute to the design and specification of new machinery and equipment.
  • Empower Teams: Support the Operations department by training teams, conducting root cause analyses, and defining actions to resolve downtime and quality issues.
  • Measure Success: Maintain and improve Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to ensure operational excellence and measurable success.
Qualifications
  • Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical and Electronics Engineering from a reputable university.
  • Experience: 3 to 6 years of experience in process development or maintenance within metal stamping facilities.
  • Language Skills: English skills (written and verbal); German is a plus.
  • Skills needed for Success in this role:
    • Strong knowledge of metal stamping processes, TPM (Total Productive Maintenance), and automation systems.
    • Expertise in sensor technologies, signal processing, and technical data interpretation (e.g., complex technical drawings, machine details).
    • Proven ability to apply Lean, Six Sigma, and problem-solving tools to drive impactful results.
