Now, as Barilla Turkey we are looking for a Process Controlling Manager, based in İstanbul– as a part of our Finance team- to lead the financial management and controlling activities related to our supply chain operations, including cost of goods sold, logistics, and investments. This role will act as a key finance business partner, ensuring transparency, accuracy, and efficiency in all financial processes across the supply chain.

Job Description

Oversee and execute financial activities related to Supply Chain functions, including COGS and logistics, ensuring accurate actual cost accounting for both Local GAAP and IFRS.

Lead the actual, budget, forecast and variance analysis processes, and prepare accurate & timely financial reports for both local and group-level stakeholders.

Presents financials, KPIs and variance analysis to top management including detailed explanations.

Develop, implement, and maintain financial procedures to ensure the accuracy, integrity, and compliance of supply chain financial data.

Act as a strategic finance partner to the Supply Chain team by providing insights on operational KPIs and project financial performance to support decision-making and process improvement.

Lead and coordinate monthly and annual inventory counts, including in-depth variance analysis, root cause investigation, and implementation of corrective actions.

Monitor and control subcontracting activities, ensuring accurate cost allocation and impact assessment.

Manage the CAPEX budget, tracking realization and cash flow impact, including monthly IFRS depreciation calculations and investment reporting.

Coordination of internal and external audits

Qualifications

Proficiency in Excel, and PowerPoint;

Bachelor +, Business Administration specialized in Finance

Experience working in a matrix organization

Fluency in English both writing and speaking

Strong analytical and problem solving skills

Minimum 8 years of experience in finance control and reporting function

Advance knowledge on IFRS
