Job summary

Saipem is seeking an Electrical & Instrument Technician for PRESERVATION to execute safe maintenance of Instrumentation and Control Systems in accordance with HSE rules and international standards. The role requires adherence to prescribed timelines and coordination with foreman and site teams.

The position includes onshore/offshore rotation: 3 months onshore (extendable) and 9 months offshore, with 69 days vacation per year onshore and 35/35 rotation offshore; 12-hour shifts, 6–7 days per week

Qualifications

• Experience with instrumentation and control systems maintenance.
• Familiar with CMMS software for maintenance reporting.
• Commitment to HSE rules and safety.
• Ability to diagnose breakdowns on equipment.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on instrumentation and control systems.
• Diagnose faults and replace defective elements.
• Update CMMS with maintenance reports.
• Participate in daily/weekly site coordination meetings.
• Prepare maintenance data and reports.
