Job summary

Cyberwise, a CREST-accredited local cybersecurity company, is seeking a Pre-Sales Engineer to bridge technical capabilities with client needs. You will help shape security roadmaps and support sales with compelling presentations. The role requires 5+ years in cyber security, excellent English, and ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical audiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or relevant field.
• Minimum 5 years in Cyber Security, Applications, Data, Cloud, AI, Endpoint and Network Security, SOC Technologies.
• Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical prospects.
• Fluency in English; strong oral and written communication.
• Willing to travel domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Pro-actively planning business development activities with the sales team and reporting in detail on a manufacturer-based basis.
• Identify requirements and craft customer cyber security roadmaps using company products/solutions.
• Collaborate with sales and technical teams on bids, RFIs and RFPs.
• Ensure end-to-end completeness across subdomains of solutions.
• Lead PoC activities with the technical support team.
• Deliver superior presentations covering company solutions to prospects.

We are looking for a Pre-Sales Engineer to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

• Pro-actively planning business development activities for strategic vendors and customers with the sales team, and reporting in detail on a manufacturer-based basis.
• Detects and defines the requirements, needs and objectives of potential customers and create prospect's cyber security road map with using company's products&solutions.
• Works closely sales and technical teams in the preparation of bids and RFI and RFP requirements documents.
• Combines subdomains of solutions and responsible for end-to-end completeness.
• The Pre-Sales Engineer shall also be responsible for following PoC works conducted by technical support team.
• Participates in sales & account strategy development meetings.
• Contributes company's vendor management strategy and planning.
• Composes and delivers superior sales presentations covering company's solutions to prospective customer audiences.
• The presentations must articulate the sales message, differentiate company, and leave a strong and positive impression to audiences.
• Able to handle certifications required by Vendors or industry.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering / or degree in relevant.
• At least 5 years of experience, especially in the fields of Cyber Security, Application, Data, Cloud, AI, Endpoint and Network Security, SOC Technologies and concepts.
• Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical prospects.
• Ease to quickly establish a relationship of trust with clients in various positions.
• Ease in presentation.
• Have good oral and written communication skills in English.
• Able to travel in country and internationally
