Lilly Türkiye invites motivated university students to join Lilly StarT, a year‑long program designed for junior and senior students to gain hands‑on exposure in pricing, reimbursement and market access.

As a PRA Intern you will support landscape monitoring, prepare pricing applications and reimbursement dossiers, collect and validate data, and collaborate with Regulatory Affairs, Medical, Finance and Commercial teams while adhering to compliance standards.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled as a 3rd, 4th or 5th year university student in Pharmacy, Economics, Health Economics or related field.
• Fluent in English (written and verbal).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent planning, organizational and time management skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Eagerness to learn and hands-on experience.
• Proactive with ownership and accountability.
• Ability to work effectively in a team.
• Attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Monitor healthcare, pricing, reimbursement, and market access environment; prepare landscape updates.
• Assist in preparing pricing applications and reimbursement dossiers; document-related work.
• Collect, validate, and organize data for pricing and market access.
• Support cross-functional projects with Regulatory, Medical, Finance, and Commercial teams.
• Conduct secondary research on healthcare policies and access trends.
• Maintain databases, trackers, and reports for accuracy.
• Develop presentations and materials for stakeholders.
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives and operational excellence.
• Ensure high quality deliverables with internal compliance.
